23+ minutes of straight improv
Pretty bassy, as a lot of these FT03 AUDs are.
Morph - This Morph jam is awesome and very Magner led. Really dancey and technoey. I love it.
Shelby > Boop (><) > Rose - Are you kidding me? 23+ minutes of straight improv?! YES. This starts out pretty sweet with some psychedelic drum and bass. I really really like what's happening at 7:30. Awesome drums/keys combo. There's some really dark and trippy stuff going in the 11th minute. This whole jam has some really cool parts overall and I like it a lot. The drop into Boop is pretty good, but the Boop first jam is pretty generic. Lots of bluesy Barber playing. The 2nd jam however is pretty cool. Very bizarre playing from Magner that sort of weaves around the pretty playing of Barber. This is like a Blissco jam if it were tripping. This jam turns into some really really interesting playing. 2003 is so weird in the sense that sometimes they'll play something like the first jam where it's completely bland, and then play the 2nd jam where it's provocative and thought provoking. The segue into Shelby's peak is great. I really adore Barber's playing here, and Sammy is not too shabby either. Fantastic stuff guys.
Spraypaint - Standard.
Magellan - There's some really cool stuff from Magner here in the jam. At one point Magner is playing a riff that sounds a lot like a song I know, but I can't put my finger on what it is. Really cool, anyway. This actually turns into a really good Magellan. Not the best ever, but certainly cool.
TVM > Safety Dance - There's a short intro jam to TVM. Nothing that great. The 1st TVM jam here is pretty standard, albeit well-played (Barber). 2nd jam is a little under 10 minutes and all of it is pretty boring. Nothing at all memorable here. Safety Dance is standard.
Fever - Standard.
Ladies - The jam starts out awesome, but at 4:22 there is some hilarious yelling from two guys in the crowd that I love. The playing by both Magner and Barber in this jam is fah-nahm-ih-null. The peak, however, is extremely meh-tastic. Not really a peak so much as they just drop back into the song.
Munchkin - The jam here starts out very low-key, but turns into a Root > Flat 2 jam on account of Barber. They don't really do much with this portion of the jam. The jam gets really good right before the peak, but the rest simply isn't good enough.
Spectacle - Standard.
3 stars. Sound + average show = 3 stars. Standouts: Morph, Shelby, > Rose, Magellan, Ladies

Not much energy or enthusiasm from the band... and in this recording you can even hear the resulting indifference in the audience.
